Zhongling Technology's external rotor hub motor adopts a "motor direct drive wheel" design, which can directly drive the wheel without the need for a traditional reduction gear. This direct drive hub motor integrates the drive motor, coupling, reduction mechanism, drive wheel and other transmission structures, reducing the number of drive mechanism components, reducing transmission efficiency loss, reducing wear of the moving mechanism, lowering costs, and improving the system stability and economic benefits of the robot.

Under the same power conditions, its torque output is significantly increased by 30% compared to traditional internal rotor motors. Taking an 800W motor as an example, at a speed of 100 r/min, it can stably output a continuous torque of up to 20 N·m. This characteristic allows it to handle complex scenarios such as obstacle crossing with ease.

Precise control: enabling flexible movement

The hub motors are equipped with high-precision encoders with a resolution of 4096 lines, providing real-time feedback of position and speed information for millimeter-level positioning accuracy. Combined with vector control algorithms, the rotational speed of each wheel can be independently controlled, supporting flexible movements such as stationary rotation and lateral movement. In narrow office building corridors, delivery robots equipped with Zhongling motors can accurately avoid obstacles, improving delivery efficiency. Furthermore, the motor's response time is only tens of milliseconds, and its ability to quickly adjust posture ensures dynamic obstacle avoidance.

Highly adaptable: meets diverse needs
